You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our paid Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

IGNITED is not medical advice, and we are not medical professionals. Our content, coaching, and programs are for general fitness and educational purposes only.

Consult your physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. You participate in any workout, program, or coaching relationship at your own risk. We do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, weight-loss, or physical outcome. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, starting condition, and other factors outside our control. Any transformation photos, testimonials, or results shown are individual experiences and are not guarantees of what you will personally achieve.

4. The Quiz & Your Results

Our "Readiness Quiz" is a self-assessment tool for general informational purposes. It is not a medical, psychological, or diagnostic assessment. Your results are based solely on your own answers and are intended to help you understand your current mindset and readiness — not to diagnose any condition.

5. Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown at checkout. This is a one-time payment of $67. There are no recurring charges.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If IGNITED isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within the IGNITED program — including text, images, videos, workout plans, and branding — is the property of Social Impact LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

8. Testimonials & Endorsements

Any testimonials, before/after images, or endorsements shared reflect individual experiences. They are not necessarily representative of what every participant will experience. Where a testimonial-giver has received compensation, a discount, or free access in exchange for their story, this will be disclosed at the point the testimonial is shared.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Impact LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to injury sustained while following any program content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
